A good skin care program generally includes at least four products: a cleanser, masque, toner and moisturizer. The quality of the program depends on the quality of the products. Products with inferior ingredients can actually harm your skin by drying it out, irritating it or blocking the pores.

You can look your personal best everyday and optimize your skin’s natural good health by following the treatment program designed for your skin type. By using products designed to cooperate with your skin type, you can maximize your skin’s potential and stay younger looking.

I recommend skin care products by Aularale Skin Care & Cosmetics

Step One - The Cleanser

No, you cannot skip cleansing your face and expect that chance or Mother Nature will let you scrape by. Cleansing your face is the first step when starting a good skin regime. It is important to cleanse to remove make up and dirt. Without cleansing you are more likely to breakout and clog your pores.

A small amount of Aularale Cleanser mixed with water will work into a creamy lather and reach deep into your pores to float out dirt and make-up and remove the materials used to bind cosmetics to the skin. It will also remove eye make-up. The Cleanser’s Aloe Vera base whelps to refurbish the skin and prevent stripping the skin of its natural moisture. Rinse thoroughly. Proceed to Two or Three.

Step Two - The Masque

The Masque reconstructs pores and forces out impurities on the face. It removes dry flaky dead skin cells, but does not destroy living cells. The Masque is very helpful in controlling acne. Persons with oily skin should use the Masque two or three times each week. For normal to dry skin, once a week to every ten days is recommended. Expect to see pimples, whiteheads and/or blackheads for a day or two following the facial masque. This only means that impurities are leaving the skin – you are not breaking out! The Masque can be used on other parts of the body such as the back where pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, etc. exist. It will also prevents ingrown hairs in beards.

Apply a thin layer of the Masque to the neck and face, being sure to work upward and outward beginning with the neck. Avoid the eyes, brows and hair. Leave on for 15 – 20 minutes or until dry. Rinse thoroughly. Proceed to Step Three.

Step Three - Freshener/Toner
For normal to dry skin, use the Freshener. If the skin is oily, use the Toner. For an oily T-Zone, use the Toner in the T-Zone and the Freshener on the other areas of the face.

Place a small amount of the Freshener or Toner on a cotton ball (do not saturate the cotton ball). Gently smooth the cotton ball over the face and neck, being sure to work upward and outward beginning with the neck. Avoid eyes, brows and hair. Proceed to Step Four.

Step Four - Moisturizer
The Moisturizer softens the skin and helps to prevent age lines. It also helps to prevent make-up from seeping into the and clogging pores. Remember, moisture is required of all skin types to protect the skin against harsh weather and pollutants.

Apply a small amount of Moisturizer to the face and neck being sure to work upward and outward beginning with the neck.
